Shipping and Centurion collection
Collection in Centurion is free, by arrangement once your order is ready. Standard shipping is R150, or free when your product subtotal is over R3,000. At exactly R3,000, shipping is R150.
How long will my order take?
Processing begins after payment is received. On-hand stock is processed within one business day, Monday to Friday. Supplier items require 3–5 business days, subject to confirmed availability. Courier transit is additional; we’ll let you know when your order is ready or dispatched.
What happens with mixed orders?
Orders containing supplier items are processed together within the longer 3–5-business-day window. We confirm timing before requesting payment.
What does “ordered from supplier” mean?
The item is not currently on hand in the requested quantity. We check supplier stock first. Monday orders received before 10 am may join that week’s supplier order, but the quoted processing window remains 3–5 business days.
Do I pay at checkout?
No. Checkout submits an order request. Prime Vial will verify stock and provide EFT instructions or a secure card link. No card details are collected on this website.
