Order information and privacy

When you submit an order request, we collect your name, email address, contact number, selected products and, for shipping, your delivery address. Optional notes are stored with the order.

How your information is used

Your information is used to verify stock, communicate about the order, arrange payment and fulfil collection or delivery. No payment card details are collected by this website.

Where information is stored

Orders are stored in the store’s Cloudflare database. Once email is activated, the order details needed for customer and store notifications are sent through the configured transactional email provider. Browser storage remembers your bag on your own device.

Preview orders

During the labelled preview stage, products and stock counts are samples. Preview orders are saved for testing, but no order emails or payment requests are sent. Use fictional customer details when trying the preview.

Questions and corrections

When live ordering opens, reply to your order email to ask about your information or request a correction. The store’s contact mailbox and final retention policy will be confirmed before live ordering is enabled.
